The Barnardos charity website is giving away 8 free recipe cards to users who request them but please note you have to supply a phone number and will get a call.

Obviously if you go for this freebie give a mobile number, they will call you, ask for a donation (which we suggest you do not give on this occasion) and then once you have told them otherwise they will ask for your address to send the freebie to.

The recipe cards are a great way to make some rather simple treats for the family and are fantastic for getting children in to the kitchen, give it a go!
